Lovely Stay in the Jungle
We had a fantastic stay at a charming jungle hotel. The location was perfect, nestled amidst beautiful gardens and wildlife. Our spacious room had a private terrace, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's partnership with local restaurants ensured we had plenty of dining options nearby. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel for a unique and memorable experience in the jungle. we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Located amidst nature, the hotel boasts of a beautiful location next to a stream and green pastures, providing an ideal "jungle" ambiance. The close proximity to the archeological site is a plus point, and many guests enjoyed the convenience of being close to the pyramids. Some rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Some guests had complaints about the cleanliness and quality of the facilities, which need improvement.

Surrounded by lush greenery, the location of this hotel was perfect for nature lovers. The on-site facilities were great, with a beautiful pool and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The lack of personnel was noticeable, and it seemed like one person was doing all the work. The language barrier was also an issue as the staff did not speak English.

The hotel's location was convenient - it was situated between the main city center and the historic archeological site. Another plus was the big pool, it was very relaxing.
The staff's lack of English proficiency was a negative aspect in my experience. It was difficult to communicate, especially when asking for recommendations.

We loved that this hotel was nestled amidst nature, with our room overlooking a small stream and pasture with grazing cattle. The pool area also provided us with a great vantage point to observe hummingbirds, iguanas, and other birds amidst the jungle. The hotel was also conveniently located close to major tourist attractions in the area, either within walking distance or a short drive away. Breakfast served on the terrace of our room was a delightful touch, and we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing all excellent.

We recently stayed at a luxury hotel in Palenque, and were delighted with the level of service and exclusive amenities provided. The spa centre offered a relaxing full-body massage and rejuvenating beauty treatments, while the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens provided a tranquil escape. We appreciated the restaurant's delicious in-room breakfast and the bar's refreshing cocktails on the sun terrace.
We found the room to be slightly humid and could benefit from an additional floor fan for ventilation. Despite this minor issue, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its top-notch service and luxurious facilities.
